Engage Launch 2025
Our new Engage Consult service is now live as of 7am on Tuesday 1st July 2025!
Engage Consult allows patients to communicate securely and safely online with their practice about non-emergency medical conditions or admin questions. It also offers 24/7 access to symptom-specific self-help information and easy access to other local NHS and self-care services. Engage Consult is designed to boost patient access, enhance practice efficiencies and to free-up much needed time and resources for clinical and admin teams.
It is available from 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday. Once a medical Engage Consult has been submitted, it will be assessed by a GP and then appropriate advice or an appointment will be given.
The admin query option on Engage Consult is available 24/7 but will only be replied to between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Engage Consult services for New Dyce Medical Practice - Engage Consult
The Practice can still be contacted for those without the ability for online or app consultation, but calling the Practice when the Engage Consult service could be used, restricts our ability to help those in need.

Children
You must be 16 or over to sign up for an Engage account. This means that an Engage Account holder can add a dependant onto their account to submit requests on their behalf.
This can be done in the Engage Account settings, on the patient tab and the account holder can add any dependents there.
